It starts, of course, with the communications:

  • All cases are inspected on receipt. If we notice any issues, we get back to you quickly, to ensure that the case can be fabricated correctly the first time.
  • We will work directly with you to ensure that your impressions will result in the best fabrications possible. If problems arise, we will notify you.
  • During fabrication, the cases are inspected to ensure a quality product.
  • Before shipping, a final inspection ensures that your patients are satisfied, and avoids the unnecessary costs associated with repeat visits.
